When possible, we have provided links for purchase of these books from local Philadelphia, black-owned bookshops and encourage you to support these local businesses, especially as many begin to reopen their brick and mortar locations. We recognize that this is a quite substantial catalog and may be overwhelming at first, so we suggest that you begin by choosing a category of interest and working from there. These resources span a variety of media including books, articles, websites, podcasts, and films and are categorized for easier discovery. As part of our efforts to make room for the voices that have previously been excluded from the national narrative and fight the prejudice and intolerance that cuts across our towns and cities, we have amalgamated a list of resources for reference. ![]()
